Elyssa DeWolfe, LICSW

I’m Elyssa, co-owner of The Counseling Corner.

I provide a warm, compassionate and safe environment for my clients to explore complex experiences and emotional challenges . I believe that everyone is capable of success, and will work alongside you to help you find your inner strengths, overcome barriers, and learn new skills to improve your quality of life.

My clinical focus is on helping adolescents, teens and young adults manage anxiety, depression, relationship tensions and life stressors. I also enjoy working with parents who might be struggling to support their children during this transformative and stressful time. I pull from various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT and ERP to help you identify and change the behaviors and thought patterns that are preventing you from functioning at your fullest capacity.

I have several years of clinical experience working with individuals and their families in a variety of settings—schools, hospitals, outpatient treatment centers and within the criminal justice system.

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology from The University of New Hampshire.
